What is Catamount?

The Catamount Library Network, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation organized with the primary purpose of creating an open-source multi-library shared catalog and integrated library system, using the Koha platform, for a consortium of participating Vermont libraries.

Initial funding for the Catamount Library Network was provided in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), a federal agency, through the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) and the Vermont Department of Libraries.
